About lawyer Eric J. Burch:
After working for several years as an associate and partner in another Manchester law office, Mr. Burch knew he wanted to try his hand as a sole practitioner. When Mr. Burch founded his own law firm in 2003, he did so with only card tables in a single room. Today, his business is one of the busiest law offices in Tennessee, and his strong customer service orientation is a dream he continues to fulfill.

About lawyer David L. Clarke
Attorney David L. Clarke joined the Burch general practice in 2008 and has built a substantial practice in the areas of family, probate, and criminal law. After working as a successful associate in the Burch law firm, Dave became a partner in the Burch & Clarke firm and is now managing the Tullahoma office. In addition to his legal skills, he is fluent in Spanish.
